To overcome energy consumption and load balancing issues ALB is introduced, and it will manage the energy in every cluster, and also it reduces network bandwidth. GCWM is a scheduler scheme in the cloud environment, and it will increase the multi-task performance, and it balances the workstations in the cloud environment, so it is the best optimal solution to a cloud environment.
