The ICT adoption factors in question included; ICT infrastructure, competitive advantage, and knowledge of managers/owners, perceived benefits, age and size of enterprise, financial capacity, enterprise activities, supplier's pressure, and experience of owners/managers. Additionally, there are other trade factors identified as significantly contributing towards SMEs retail growth. These factors incorporated SMEs characteristic, expertise of the management, range of goods and scope of services, and cooperation of trade. 116 pp. Englisch.
