These data were observed through various graphical and statistical analyses. The statistical processing of data revealed that a relationship does exist between number of defects and total break down time and that 76.4% of defects are related to maintenance practices and wear issues. This can happen if, for instance, we produce both work orders and job guidelines of improvement type during the implementation the Improve and Control phases. 64 pp. Englisch.
