The customization included changes involving the replacement of the logo; platform colors; insertion of videos, links, and news; and reduction of languages, leaving only Portuguese, English, and Spanish. User registrations with different profiles, course categories, courses, and assessments were also created. After customization, field research was conducted with questionnaires to learn about AVAs and people's opinions regarding distance learning, and tests were carried out to test the usability of Chamilo.
