This book focuses on improving the QoE of real-time videos on VANETs. Thus, a multi-layer mechanism based on QoE is proposed, modularly coupled in SRPs to offer parameters related to video on the network. From the proposed solution, the network nodes decide for themselves whether to retransmit the video sequences or not, driving the system.
