Sharing is done using Symmetric encryption which used the Advance Encryption Standards (AES). A person first needs to register himself. This information is shared with the admin who can allow or block the registration. Once the person is enrolled, he/she can send data or file to only the registered users. The user need to register the file with an encrypted key and the receiver have to decrypt it using the same key. This whole process is monitored by the admin and if someone tries to break in the system a notification will be popped up and the admin can track its IP address and block that particular person.
