Taschenbuch. Condizione: Neu. This item is printed on demand - it takes 3-4 days longer - Neuware -It describes the modification of physical properties in 8 MeV energy electron beam (EB) irradiated PVDF-HFP/LiClO4 (with ratio 90:10, PHL10) polymer electrolyte film have been studied. The FT-IR result shows the appearance of C=C by breaking of H-bound indicates chain scission process due to irradiation effect. The deep porous with an inner hollow-shaped surface morphology was observed upon irradiation and the decrease in crystallinity was confirmed by the XRD and DSC analysis. The optical absorbance was increased due to the interband transition of electrons from the valence band to the conduction band as a result decrease in the optical bandgap from 3.49 eV of unirradiated to 2.64 eV at 120 kGy dose. The dielectric parameters found varied with increasing the frequency and temperature in irradiated film. The electrical conductivity observed increases by the segmental motion of charged ions due to chain scission/cross-linking process and observed high electrical conductivity of about 1.81x10-3 S/cm with electrochemical stability upon the irradiation. These results suggest that the irradiated polymer electrolyte films are electrochemically active. 112 pp. Englisch.…
