This smart card will act as a single window interface for the Citizen and help them avail multivariate electronic services through a public communication medium like the Internet. Citizen will send various types of Service Request to the Government using this smart card through the Public Kiosk. The government will receive all those Service Requests and will verify the identity of the user (i.e. Citizen). In case of successful verification of the user, the Service Request will be forwarded to the suitable Service Provider for delivery of Service Response. Depending upon the type of services requested by the Citizen, the Service Provider may be the Government and its subsidiary departments or any private player capable of delivering the Service Response to the Citizen.
