Neuware -This work deals with an analysis of the machining of brake discs using the DA-8700 grinding machine, applied in the environment of a car dealership. The aim was to analyze this type of machining with the equipment in question in the aforementioned environment, describing the conditions used, identifying the factors that led to the disc being repaired and identifying possible improvements to the machining process. By monitoring the routine at the dealership, identifying the non-conformities presented and the material of the disks, as well as knowing the parameters and equipment used in the machining process, it was possible to continue this research. In this way, it was possible to better evaluate the process and show the actions needed to improve it.
