The coefficient of validity and reliability of the CHT in our series was satisfactory, with a Cronbach's coefficient = 0.9.The CHT could be considered for residents to improve clinical reasoning in the face of uncertainty and to learn to mobilise prior knowledge and adapt it to clinical situations.…
