The aim of the study was to draw up a proposal for pedagogues and pedagogy students consisting of an illustrated and explanatory manual on activities to be applied to improve the motor skills of children aged between 6 months and 6 years. It takes into account not only the type of activity to be worked on, but also the age range of the children, the materials and methods needed, as well as the care taken during the tasks, listing the areas that will be stimulated and how these activities affect the child's body.
