The method focuses on analyzing four biocides: MIT, CIT,…OIT, and Triclosan. Textile samples were extracted using methanolic sonication, purified through centrifugation and filtration, and analyzed using a C18 column with 0.4% acetic acid: methanol (1:1 v/v) under isocratic conditions at 280 nm wavelength. Extraction parameters were optimized, and the calibration curve showed strong linearity (r 0.9995) in the range of 1.0-5.0 mg L . The method demonstrated high recoveries (95%-108%) with relative standard deviations 4%, while LODs and LOQs ranged from 0.06-0.12 mg L and 0.21-0.38 mg L , respectively. The results confirmed the method's reliability for quantitative detection in real textile samples. 60 pp. Englisch.
