About the Author:- Dr. Rajeev M. M. (MSW, M.A & Ph.D.) currently working as Assistant Professor at Department of Social Work, School of Social Sciences at Central University of Rajasthan. He served as Assistant Professor (Sr) & Head of the Department of Social Work,Amrita University, Amritapuri, Kollam, Kerala for seven years. Dr. Rajeev has more than 20 years of experience in teaching, training, research & worked in organizations such as Action Aid India, DEEDS India- NIMHANS projects, M.A.Math's projects in A&N Islands & Various projects in South India. His research & teaching areas are Disaster Management; Health & mental health, Psychosocial care; HIV/AIDS; Geriatric; Community development; Research methods and design; social welfare policy; and Sustainable livelihood. He has attended many international and national conferences and published more than 40 articles in intentional, national journals and conferences. Dr. C. Vinodan is currently Director, School of International Relations and Politics& Honorary Director,Institute for Contemporary Chinese Studies (ICCS) Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala,India. He served as Visiting Professor, Jinan University, China during November- December 2019. He was awarded the Fulbright Visiting Scholar Fellowship (2003) by the Claremont Graduate University, California, USA.
