Fleeing afterward into the sea, he came upon a dead giant, consumed its flesh, and claimed the Olympian bident that had slain it. With this weapon, he defeated the soldiers sent after him and converted those who surrendered into loyal followers. Hera insists that Zeus is to blame for Seraphim's suffering, accusing him of saving Heron but abandoning Seraphim.
