The toxic substances in these butts pollute soil and water, harm animals, and burden the environment for years. Cities and municipalities face immense cleaning costs, yet the pollution persists. But what if there were a simple, practical solution to tackle this issue once and for all? This book introduces an innovative deposit system for cigarette butts that could revolutionize their disposal. With a deposit of just 1 cent per cigarette butt, cities can not only reduce cleaning costs but also reclaim cleaner streets and parks. At the same time, the system creates thousands of jobs at return centers. All of this is funded by a 1-cent levy per cigarette, paid by the tobacco industry. Suddenly, cigarette waste becomes a valuable resource, and butts practically disappear on their own. This novel cigarette butt deposit model is thoroughly explained and discussed in this book. A contribution to a better environment and greater sustainability. Read this book, share it, and one day, this vision might become reality. This item is printed on demand.
