The super race of humans on Apeiron engineered the integration of a Black Hole into their planet to give them favorable time dilation for space exploration and seeding operations, and as a tool from which they could master-engineer parts of Neutron Stars and build those parts into invincible Star Ships, and even to power their planet to escape the gravitational tug from its dangerous Quasar Galaxy. The Apeiron humans were very clever and developed advanced geoengineering, terra-forming, and molecular manipulation of atoms to create amazing machines and tools which allowed them to master all sectors of their part of the Universe.
