Light rubbing and soiling to boards, moderate rubbing to extremities, corners bumped and lightly worn, front hinge starting at foot, tears to edges of pastedowns, residue (from removed bookplate?) and owner signature (of Antony Leopold Mitschky) to front pastedown, rear pastedown loosening but secure, lower corner of front free endpaper lacking. Light toning to interior, occasional light foxing, a few partial cracks to text block, all leaves secure, struck-through owner signature dated 1612 and later owner signature (of Antony Leopold Mitschky, dated 1698) to title page, early underlining to several leaves. $2,000. * Later edition.
