Noticeable creasing to gutter. Cracking to gutters, with exposed netting. Boards have mild edge-wear with slight rubbing to surfaces. Notable tanning to spine and edges. Red and brown marks to boards. Binding is somewhat shaky, but pages remain intact.

Cream coloured cloth covered boards with red and black coloured titles to the front panel and backstrip. This book consists of Sapper's first four Bull-Dog Drummond novels which are also published separately under the following titles: Bull-Dog Drummond, The Black Gang, The Third Round and The Final Count. Softening of the back strip edges along with some rubbing. The cloth of the book has become somewhat rubbed and a little faded  the titles are particularly faded. Browning of the text block edges and age toning of the pages with some faint foxing of the text block edges. Quite noticeable foxing to the first few and last pages of the book; and, offset tanning is also present to the end pages. The front hinge has become somewhat slack. First edition of the work in this format and binding, and/or set or series. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. [6], VII - X, [2], 1005, [3] pages. Please refer to accompanying picture (s). Original Cloth. Condizione: Good. First Edition. Undated first printing from around 1930 of this omnibus edition containing the first four Bull-Dog Drummond novels. The spine is quite heavily browned and there is some marking and staining to the front and rear panels, light rubbing to the corners and two small nicks at the top of the spine. The page edges are browned with some marking in a few places and a little dark marking to the bottom corners. Previous owner's name in ink at the top corner of the front free endpaper and there is some spotting to the endpapers and the adjacent pages but the pages are generally otherwise unmarked. No jacket.
