[NB. The back side of the folding map depicts the 3rd Palmer House]. Many other interesting features of the city are highlighted herein, I especially found fascinating the full page wood engraving showing "The Large Engine at the Water Works." [p. 30]. Wear, age-toning & soiling to wrappers. Chipping to backstrip. Age-toning to text paper. An About VG copy. Green paper wrappers, title printed in red, cuts & amplifying text in black. Now housed in a clear archival mylar sleeve 1st Printing. Not found in Sabin. OCLC shows 9 holding institutions, primarily those in the mid-West.
