They are at least reading copies, complete and in reasonable condition, but usually secondhand; frequently they are superior examples. Ordering more than one book will reduce your overall postage costs.

Soft cover. Condizione: Poor. 2nd Edition. The second edition (and first paperback issue) of Williamson's celebrated sequence of novels, with a slightly revised text. 8vo. Readership creases to the spines. Some wear, creasing and marking to the wrappers. Edges spotted, some spine ends a little chipped. Some toning to the paperstock. The wrappers of five volumes have been covered in decorated paper by a former owner, this has been subsequently removed but traces remain, especially to two volumes ('The Golden Virgin' and 'A Test to Destruction'). An about acceptable reading set. Due to poor sales, Panther declined to publish the final two volumes ('Lucifer Before Sunrise' and 'The Gale of the World') so this is the complete set, if limited to thirteen rather than the intended fifteen volumes.
