Several smudges, soiling and discoloration spots on covers. Corners, spine ends and edges worn, frayed, and bumped. Top 1/2 inch of outer spine is torn off, revealing underying cloth. Inner spine creases on front and back are weakened and split but pages intact. Book presents reliable formulas for preparing well-known medicines not given in the U S Dispensatory or Pharmacopoeia.
