Loss to binding on spine, particularly at head. Cracking to hinges at front and rear. Partial looseness to front end pages. Assorted old-hand markings at front, along with small sketches. Most inscriptions appear to be from the Bradley family of New Haven. Assorted wear throughout text block, including a large smudge at the start of the description of Morocco, along with smudging to adjacent page. General age-related toning to pages, along with periodic foxing and wear. Please see photographs and ask any questions prior to purchasing. Volume III only. A scarce reference piece, with information on European nations, along with North Africa, Asia, Canada, and South America. Published by Noah Webster, a prolific textbook manufacturer and printed prior to his namesake 1828 dictionary.
