The Government of India has initiated a number of welfare measures for the benefit of the disabled in the form of establishing institutions and launching schemes for their socio economic development. One such scheme is creation of special employment exchanges and cells for registering the disabled and to sponsor them to suitable employment and training. The findings are presented in 10 chapters.
