Solid "very-good-plus" example of a very important 20th century publication, commonly referred to as "The Smyth Report." It is the first published account of the development of the atomic bomb. It was published on Aug. 12, 1945, just six days after the bombing of Hiroshima. The preface is dated July 1, 1945. Totals 182 pp. Reduced from $275.
