Softcover. Cornflower blue wraps with two illus. and bw lettering. [95] with numerous bw illus. A great catalogue from the exhibition held in Leeds, Bristol, and London between September and December 1961. The Arts Council really sponsored some smashing shows. With a 6-page introduction by Camilla Gray, a 3-page chronology, and the catalogue of works 1-85 for the Larionov portion. Mary Chamot writes a 5-page intro to the Goncharova section which is followed by a 4-page chronology and the catalogue of works 86-161 by Goncharova. With a bibliography at back. Contents clean and tight but with artistic coffee stains on two pages. Old, dry paste at hinge of title page, and title page is fragile and tearing. Covers sturdy but wearing. Art school ex-lib. copy with usual marks (and the glue job).
