The book was published by the Houghton Mifflin Company in 1956 and is a stated First Printing. It is not an ex-library copy, the book is in very good + condition, and the dust jacket is in good + condition. The book is 5 7/8" by 8 3/8" and has 191 pages with a Table of Contents and many older black-and-white photographs though none have been counted in the page count. "The dark continent displays all of the facets of its diamond core in this off-beat travel book." Thank you!!
