Covers have light surface and edge wear. Name in ink on front free endpaper. Three pages have a small hole in the bottom outer corner. Pages clean and unmarked. 589 pages. ISBN is 083140042X . Dust jacket has overall surface rubbing, chipped and nicked edges, small to 1 inch tears, and creases, plus long tears on the spine. These tears have been repaired on the inside of the jacket with archival document repair tape. Edited by Kenneth D. Benne, Leland P. Bradford, Jack R. Gibb, and Ronald O. Lippitt. Carefully packed, shipped in a box.
