Place/printer not identified, but probably Washington, D.C., Office of Emergency Planning. 11"x 8.5", 3 leaves. Stapled. No binding. Mimeographed. Fine condition. Mr. Spencer was chief, Mathematics and Computation Library, National Resource Analysis Center, Office of Emergency Planning. The NRAC computed a lot of stuff, a considerable amount of effort directed to post-(nuclear)-attack planningwhat would be left, what would be needed, and so on, on into the lowering nuke-red sky. This short paper details the differences between the old UNIVAC 1103A which was installed at the NRAC in 1957 and the newer UNIVAC 1108. (This paper was evidently "presented at (a) meeting of UNIVAC Scientific Exchange, April 1967.).
