3-hole Punch Titled Cardstock. Condizione: Good. Original Restricted Manual. All of the manual is dated from May 1st up to November of 1943 nothing more recent than 1943 beginning with may 1st and a typed circular May 9th authority initiating letter "Distribution 'A'" form from Hap Arnold and then lower officers of the command. This manual preceedes most that have ever been found or offered for sale. It has two bolts with nuts holding it together. The back cover has a horizontal tear about 4 inches that could easily be taped which correspondingly tore the very last index page but not into any text or data. That page of course is also restricted and dated the most recently at November 1st, 1943. A very scarce original training/inforamtional manual that was authorized for publication by the war command and had restricted distribution. Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12" Tall.
