This selection includes "Personae of Ezra Pound", "Ripostes", "Lustra", "Cathay", "H. S. Mauberley", and other early poems rejected by the author and omited from his collected edition. ***Very good in light-green cloth-covered boards with gilt titles to the spine. The boards are quite clean - just a light ring-mark to the front board and some uneven fading. The spine is quite browned and the titles have faded. No tears to the cloth, and no serious bumps or creases. Corners very slightly creased. Top edge of the page block stained black by the publisher. Fore-edge of the page block rough-cut. Internally near fine with a neat ownership name 'E. Hutchinson' and date 'Sept. 1932' to the top of the front free endpaper. Clean pages with no annotations. No chips, tears or creases. No foxing.
