Caldera was at the time a 21 year resident of SF, first generation Latino-American, Navy Veteran, at veterans activist. He also operated the San Francisco Bear and Cub contests and was the only openly gay HIV+ man to carry the Olympic Torch in 200…8. The pamphlet is his guide to creating and operating a contest.

The Camp Committee included famous Detroiters like Alvan Macauley, Jr. and George C. Booth.
