Very clean and tight with very good corners and spine ends. There is some spine lean which could be corrected. The DJ has edge wear and wrinkling, a clear tape repair along the spine edge/front cover, a few internally and a couple of small ones around the spine bottom and front cover edge flap. Spine ends have some wear and small chips. Overall not bad with no pieces missing and no external marks or stains. Number 15 in the series. None of my books are ex-library, remainders or bce unless specified.

The contents--illustrated blue end papers + 184 pp.--appear clean, complete, and securely bound. Blue tweed cloth with dark blue lettering and upper board decoration. Bit of yellowing/fading to the spine and some edges from sunning. The color dust jacket has moderate edge wear including a chip at the spine tail/front lower spine corner, some rubbing, creases, and a few small tears. Print date estimated based on series' titles listed or not listed on the dust jacket's flaps and in the front of the book. No ex-library markings.

In blue tweed covers, blue and white illustrated endpapers. 184 pp. Very good in a fair dustjacket (several tape repairs to edges of dj. long diagonal tear on front cover, with associated creasing) Book is overall a tight and clean copy with just minor shelfwear and the dust jacket is now protected by an archival cover.

Cover does show shelf wear with fading on the spine and top edge of the back cover. Edges are worn and bumped and boards are beginning to show through at the corners. Text is age toned but otherwise clean and binding has loosened with age but remains strong. Top edge is dyed blue but does show some water damage however no dye has bled onto the pages. Overall book is in great shape and has easily withstood the test of time.
