Image of the 1900 Fairgrounds surrounding the Eiffel Tower. Evidence of the board having been bent on the lower right corner. This was the famous World's Fair in which talking pictures and escalators where displayed; the second Olympic Games were held in conjunction with the fair; Campbell Soup won the 'gold medal'; Diesel displayed his diesel engine running on peanut oil; among other features and events.
