A draft report for a Berkeley workshop on racism open to all City of Berkeley employees, which was held on December 11, 1975 at the Rainbow Sign in Berkeley. The purpose of the workshop was "to develop a plan of action in order to eliminate racism, to realize non-racist characteristics and priorities that enable the humanization of this institution and the creation of a sense of community" (p. 1). The report includes an Introduction, sections on personnel, internal structure and organization, and services and community, and a conclusion. Corner-stapled 11" x 8 ½" sheets, 12 p. A fine copy.
