Together with Barry Posner, he is the coauthor of The Leadership Challenge and more than a dozen books in the Leadership Challenge franchise. Kouzes and Posner have conducted leadership development programs for hundreds of organizations, including Apple, Bank of America, Chevron, Deloitte & Touche, FedEx, Google, Johnson & Johnson, L. L. Bean, United Way, Disney, and many more.
