She is best known for co-authoring the Sunday Times bestseller The Midlife Kitchen with award-winning journalist and co-author of The Fast Diet, Mimi Spencer. Sam currently lives in Singapore with her husband and two children and has a regular monthly column for Top Santé magazine.
