PhD from the London School of Economics and a bachelor's degree from the University of Cambridge. He's the
author of The Consumer, Credit and Neoliberalism.
ROB BARNETT is a senior analyst at Bloomberg Intelligence and holds postgraduate degrees in economics
and engineering.
