Roger Peverelli and Reggy de Feniks are the authors of the worldwide bestseller Reinventing Financial Services. What consumers expect from future banks and insurers (Financial Times Prentice Hall), that was released in eight languages. They are sought after experts on customer centric digital transformation. On a weekly basis they share their view on how financial institutions should respond to new technologies and changing consumer behaviour in board sessions and at conferences around the globe. Roger is a partner at VODW, Reggy at 9senses.
