Since the growth of the hotel business highly depends on the satisfaction and loyalty of the customer, the employees need to be well trained and professional, customers should be served with big respect and more friendly. The purpose of this research was to compare the management practices of Ghion and Global Hotel the four star hotels in Ethiopia.

Buzeye Zegeye AbebeBuzeye Zegeye Abebe was born on April 18, 1986 in Samo, East Arsi, Ethiopia. Buzeye earned his MPA from Addis Ababa University in 2010 and his first degree in Hotel Management from Hawassa University in 2005. Buzeye is currently a lecturer at department of management in Wollo University
