It is from the perspective of all knowledge to describe how understand and confirm the absolute truths, as well as their attribution, characteristics and application. This philosophical principle has universality, which can provide the reliable bases for exploring or checking the various laws of natural. As an example, the mistake in Einstein's special theory of relativity has been found, which is to confuse the light speed in reality with the c. In addition, starting with a new perspective which is the energy convergence phenomena of high-speed electrons, the study concluded that the charge of a moving electron will follow along with its static mass to be lost synchronously, and its charge-mass ratio whose value remains unchanged. And it is pointed out that the energy convergence phenomena of high-speed particles are the primary factor causing the spectrum redshift, and there should be a kind of more fundamental particles—the electro-ultimate particles, as well as the essence of so-called wave-particle duality…
