L'autore

Mr Musa was born in 1962 in Offa, Kwara State, Nigeria. He obtained N.C.E; LLB. LLM, BL. He is currently undergoing his PhD in Islamic Law. He is also lecturer in the department of Private and Islamic Law, Faculty of Law University of Abuja - Nigeria. Igweze Dumebi hails from Ibusa, in Oshimili – North Local Government of Delta State, Nigeria.
