We have proposed a Cognitive Radio site in a vehicle to make the vehicles more smart using Multi-RAT scanning, white Space sensing, white space optimization, bandwidth shifting and bandwidth management.

His area of Research is Cognitive Radio for Intelligent Transport System.Dr. Syed Ismail Shah is senior member of IEEE & currently working as Professor in IQRA university & Head of Cognitive Radio Research group.Gulraiz Akhter is working as researcher & Lecturer of Computer sciences.
