Oblong 4to. 10.25 x 8.25 inches 208 pp., including last page of publisher's advertisements. In pictorial card wrappers. Some wear and creasing to extremities, but otherwise a very good copy. Author's signature on title page. Illustrated throughout by black and white photographs, diagrams, facsimiles, maps and tables and by 8 pages in colour at end. Decorated by pictorial map vignette on title page and by publisher's device on verso. An illustrated account of the German V1 and V2 campaigns against England and the British countermeasures, with particular reference to Kent and East Sussex, by Kent author, Bob Ogley. It is arranged chronologically, 1944-45, and well supplied with maps and statistics. Reprint of the title first published in September 1992. KENT WW2 KENT - SUSSEX LONDON MILITARY THE AIR WW2 KENT.

Founded by Patrick Marrin's father George in 1946, Marrin's Bookshop has been based in its current Folkestone location since 1963. Patrick has worked in bookselling since 1970. As well as rare antiquarian books, maps and prints, the stock includes a wide range of literature, library sets, travel, history and illustrated books in all fields. We also offer a bookbinding and restoration service. Visitors to the shop are welcome and we exhibit at UK book fairs.
