Descrizione dell’articolo da parte del venditore

Historically the coin machine has been credited with the growth of organised crime, and the decline of public morals. Here the author uncovers the artistry of the makers of the early coin operated mechanical marvels; the cunning persistance of owners of the outlawed machines; the unwitting pleasure seekers who electrified and x-rayed themselves in the name of fun, and the story of the lady who wore rubber knickers. 224pp illustrated in colour and black and white. Size: 245x180mm.
