The hoppus measures the solid content and value of any piece of timber, stone, or other building material which is square or round. In this book, Hoppus uses tables to show the reader how to measure using this method, with a preface explaining the concept. In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally sound, with bumping to the extremities and light wear to the joints. Cloth is lifting slightly to the head of the spine. Hinges are a little tender but still reasonably firm. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are clean but age toned. Very Good.
