This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 15th International GI/ITG Conference on "Measurement, Modelling and Evaluation of Computing Systems" and "Dependability and Fault Tolerance" held in Essen, Germany, in March 2010. The 19 revised full papers presented together with 5 tool papers and 2 invited lectures were carefully reviewed and selected from 42 initial submissions.
