Twelve volumes plus handbook, mixed impressions. Small 8vo. Publisher's light blue cloth, gilt lettered to spines, Enid Marx designed dust jackets. Slightly uneven tanning to the jacket spines, occasional minor marks and light edge wear, a very good set overall. The first eleven volumes of Proust's monumental work were translated by Moncrieff, the final volume was completed by Hudson after his colleague's death.
