First edition, first printing. The alphabet made from nude female models was created by Anthon and Anna Beeke and photographed by Kooiman as a Quadrat-Print publication. This was a series of experiments each one being 10 inches square ranging over the fields of classic design, the plastic arts, literature, architecture and music, these were not for sale but given away by de Jong. Quarto. 30 black and white photographic plates by Kooiman. Stiff white paper portfolio with photos of the shooting session on the inside covers, with the loose photographic plates laid in. White wrappers lightly marked and rubbed, plates fine.
