No Binding. Condizione: VG. No place, no date, circa 1900, sized about 8 x 10.5 inches, with facsimile signature, very clean and bright, on glossy paper. The subject, born April 17, 1818, Oxford, Pennsylvania, was second son of Rev. Ebenezer Dickey, and brother to Ebenezer V. Dickey. He was President of Octororo Bank, later the Oxford National Bank. He married Eugenie Cazier, who died in 1862, and Jennie Rutherford. He died January 14, 1884.
