A Fine copy, with a Custis bookplate, in a slightly sun-tanned NF dust jacket, housed in a VG+ slipcase. Laid-in are two pieces of ephemera: an Eckel Christmas ca…rd, and the order blank for Eckel's proposed Supplement to this book [which, apparently, was never issued]. Maroon buckram with gilt spine lettering. TEG. Buff dust jacket. Slipcase 1st edition thus, a Revised (& best) edition. Limited to 750 copies, this copy noted as "Presentation". Eckel has INSCRIBED the ffep "To my dear friend / John C. Custis / As a slight token of / Esteem and Affection. / From / John C. Eckel / Phila. Nov. 23, 1932.".
